📦 Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
📍 Shipping Within New Zealand
We ship nationwide via trusted NZ couriers.

Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days (urban) / 2–5 days (rural)

Free Shipping: Orders over $150 (excluding poker tables)

Flat Rate: $7.99 for orders under $150

Poker Tables: Due to size/weight, poker tables have a separate freight charge, calculated at checkout
📬 PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes – please provide a physical address.
🌍 International Shipping
At this time, Cards Galore only ships within New Zealand. If you're overseas and want to order, please contact us directly to see what options may be available.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor the delivery progress directly through the courier’s website.
📸 Shipping Issues or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours. Include photos if applicable so we can resolve it quickly.
