🛍️ Returns & Refunds Policy – Cards Galore

We want you to love what you ordered! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • It’s in the original packaging with all parts/accessories

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

🃏 Trading cards, sealed packs, and booster boxes are non-returnable if opened due to collectible value and tamper concerns.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened trading card products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom orders (e.g. personalized poker tables)

  • Items damaged through misuse


🔁 Exchanges

Need a different item? We’re happy to exchange it (subject to availability). Email us at cnmgalore@gmail.com with your order number to start the process.


💸 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).


📦 Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement, credit, or full refund.
