Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping is free for orders over $150 NZD (excluding poker tables).
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are available at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is available here.
In short: we accept returns for unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase is required. Some items (e.g., trading card packs) may not be eligible for return if opened.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
