Trade Me feedback relates to the original transaction and may cover service, communication or delivery as well as the item purchased. It is not a star rating for every product in our current range.

Share your experience

We welcome honest feedback, positive or critical. Email cnmgalore@gmail.com with the product you bought, your review and your order or Trade Me purchase reference. You may include a product rating from 1 to 5, but a rating is optional.

Please tell us the name you would like displayed and whether you give Cards Galore permission to publish your review and that display name on this website. Your email address and purchase reference are for verification and will not be included in the published review. Sending a review does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

How reviews are handled

We check the source and any claimed product match before publication. Seller feedback is labelled separately from product reviews. Reviews are not rejected simply for being critical. Spam, duplicates, unrelated material and content containing personal information may need to be withheld or returned to the author for clarification.

Publication requires your permission or an applicable licence. We do not turn Trade Me positive feedback into five-star product ratings. Any incentivised feedback must be disclosed.
